They are often already successful, but would like to have someone objective to discuss business issues with and to provide support.
They also need an individual development plan with both professional and personal goals.
Purpose
To act as a speaking partner and coach following a structured and outcome led process. To guide individuals through business challenges and difficulties, as well as clarifying their long term life goals.
Objective
The leader/manager feels that the process has helped them realise hidden potential, clarify work and personal goals, and that they are better able to manage effectively.
Process
One-to-one meetings and telephone sessions adapted to each person’s needs over a period of about one year.
